1. Who we are

Tersus is operated by Kaldr Business Group LLC ("Kaldr", "we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between Kaldr and the company that creates a Tersus account ("you").

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the company information you provide, for the actions of every user you invite, and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorized to bind your company to this agreement.

3. Subscription and billing

Tersus is billed monthly in advance at the plan rate shown at signup, or annually where you select annual billing. Usage above the included voice bundle is billed in arrears. Payment processing fees are deducted from transactions as disclosed on the pricing page.

4. Payments and payouts

Card and bank payments, and payouts to your workers, are processed by third party financial partners. You authorize Kaldr to instruct those partners on your behalf. You remain the employer or contracting party for your workers and are responsible for classification, wage compliance, and tax reporting.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Tersus to send unlawful communications, to record calls where recording is prohibited, to misrepresent pricing to consumers, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Your data

Your client, property, job, and financial records remain yours. We process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we export them to you on request.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Tersus available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Settings, effective at the end of the current billing period, subject to the Refund Policy. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for conduct that violates these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Tersus is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. We may update them and will post the revised effective date here, with notice by email for material changes.
