Privacy Policy

This policy covers personal information handled by Kaldr Business Group LLC in operating Tersus, both for account holders and for the clients and workers whose records you store in the platform.

Account and company details, client and property records you enter or import, job and scheduling data, payment and payout records held with our financial partners, call audio and transcripts where the AI receptionist is enabled, and standard product usage logs.

To run the service you asked for: booking work, scheduling crews, invoicing, collecting payment, paying workers, and supporting your account. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.

Where enabled, inbound calls are recorded and transcribed. The AI discloses recording at the start of the call. You are responsible for configuring recording in line with the laws of the states you operate in.

We share data with processors that make the service work, including payment, payout, telephony, messaging, and hosting providers, under contract and only for those purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Records are retained while your account is active and for the period required for tax and financial reporting after cancellation. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped to your company.

Our public pages count what happens on them: pages viewed, signups started, listings opened. That count is kept in your own browser, carries no cookie and no identifier that would follow you to another site, and is what tells us whether a page is working.

Separately, we advertise. If you agree to it when asked, Meta and Google set a cookie so we can tell which ads brought cleaning companies here. Nothing from either is loaded before you agree, declining changes nothing about how the site works, and events that happened before you agreed are never sent afterwards. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a decline and do not ask. To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

We do not run advertising code inside the signed-in product. What you do while running your company is not marketing data.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by writing to support@tersusos.com. Residents of certain states have additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision on a request.

We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify account holders by email for material changes.
