Software for cleaning companies · Residential · Airbnb turns · Commercial
Tersus is the operating system for cleaning and turnover businesses. It answers your phone, books the job, sends the crew, invoices the client and pays your cleaners the same day.
One login instead of five apps. Every call answered, every turnover covered, every invoice chased, and nothing moves without you seeing it.
No contract, no setup fee. Cancel any time, and your data leaves with you.

Live activity ledger
5 apps. $914/mo. Payroll by hand at 11pm.
Every serious cleaning company ends up paying for the same Franken-stack. A scheduler that cannot take a payment, a payment tool that cannot pay a cleaner, a payroll product that does not know who worked, an answering service that books nothing, and a spreadsheet holding it all together. You pay five bills, you re-enter the same job five times, and the only thing keeping it upright is you, awake, at the kitchen table.
The owner's job is to own. Not to answer phones at dinner.
Software should work the phones, chase the invoices, and fill the schedule.
Cleaners should be paid the day they earn it.
One system should run the whole house.
The client pays by card the moment the job is approved. Tersus takes it from there. Every cleaner's exact cut calculates itself from your rules, percentage, flat rate, or hourly, and lands in their account the same day. No Friday scramble, no envelopes, no re-keying hours into a payroll tool that never knew who showed up.
At year end the 1099s are already built, because the payouts were the record all along.

ARRIVES IN MINUTES · DEBIT CARD
You will never miss another job because you were under a sink or driving between properties. Tersus answers on the first ring, quotes from your price book, checks real crew availability, and books the work end to end. The client gets a text confirmation and a card link before they hang up.
If a call does slip through, it gets texted back in four seconds with your booking link.
Connect the booking calendar once. After that, a checkout becomes a scheduled turn, the turn goes to the cleaner with the best route fit, and the required photos come back before the next guest arrives. The owner gets an invoice the minute the unit is guest ready.
Same day flips, back to back bookings, and late checkouts all move through without a single text from you.

Your scheduling app, your invoicing and payments stack, your payroll workaround, your answering service, and the marketing tools you bolted on to stay busy. One login runs the schedule, the crews, the money, and the phone.
When a job is approved, Tersus calculates each cleaner's exact cut from the rules you set, then sends it to their debit card the same day. You approve once, or you set it to fire automatically. Year end 1099s are generated from the same records, so nothing has to be rebuilt in a spreadsheet.
Yes. Connect the calendar and a guest checkout creates the turn, assigns it to the crew with room that day, requires photos at completion, and invoices the property owner. Same day flips and back to back bookings are the normal case, not an edge case.
No. Keep the number you have and forward it to Tersus. The AI answers, quotes from your price book, and books the job. If you would rather answer some calls yourself, set the hours when calls ring your phone first and Tersus picks up the rest.
You import them with a spreadsheet or we move them for you during onboarding, including properties, recurring schedules, and pricing. Existing recurring work keeps running on the same days. Clients get a portal link the first time you invoice them.
No contract and no setup fee. Tersus is month to month and you cancel from Settings, which stops the next renewal and leaves you full access until the period you already paid for ends. Annual billing is optional and gives you two months free. Refunds are covered in the Cancellation and Refunds page.
